Dan came to me some time ago looking to fix a lot of issues. Bulging discs from paying his dues in the Marines, broke his leg and had surgery that had him in a bed for months. It took time but with dedication and some grit, Dan has shed the fat and replaced it with muscle.

⚒️ Back at it again with @konnerknarr. Recent MRI results indicates he’s dealing with some bulging discs in his low lumbar. So we are taking time to master his form when hinging so his back isn’t taking the brunt.

⚒️ We are also working on building some mass this winter. We will be adding calories and setting his macros a little higher to achieve this over the next few months.
